Dr. Scheverin Medical Practice

 I am a board-certified Orthopedic and Trauma Surgeon with exclusive dedication to spine pathology.

I received my medical training at the National University of La Plata and completed my residency in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the Centro Gallego of Buenos Aires, where I later served as Chief Resident.

I further specialized in spine surgery through a fellowship at the Central Military Hospital (Hospital Militar Central). My training was complemented by international experience at Hospital Vall d’Hebron (Barcelona, Spain), Yanda International Hospital (China), and AO Spine Centers in Switzerland, as well as multiple observerships and rotations with leading spine surgeons worldwide.

I have also completed advanced training in complex cervical spine surgery.

I currently serve as Head of the Spine Surgery Department at Sanatorio Anchorena San Martín.

Throughout my career, I have developed a patient-centered approach focused on comprehensive management, prioritizing conservative treatment whenever possible and reserving surgery for cases where it provides clear benefit, with an emphasis on minimally invasive techniques.

I am actively involved in the training of specialists and in scientific development within the field, and I am an active member of both national and international professional societies.
